The winner of the From Kitchen to Cardio 8-Week Transformation Challenge will be selected based on overall transformation, consistency, and mindset growth.

Commitment: (40%)

-Completed all 8 weeks of the program
-Logged workouts consistently in TrainingPeaks
-Participated in group coaching sessions (live or via replay)
-Submitted weekly progress check-ins

Progress: (30%)
